Q: I have not received my shipment...What should I do?
A: First, contact your shipper for status using your tracking code. Send us an email ~ info@SPELabels.com. Provide as much info as possible
Q: What is your normal turn time?
A: Our production time is usually 5 to 7 business days. Transportation/shipping time will vary with the method of shipment you select.
Q: What is your standard shipping method?
A: We ship your order via ground transportation.
Q: Do you offer RUSH service?
A: Yes. Please call 469-443-8646 for details and schedule. Additional charges can and will apply for expedited service and shipping.

Q: Do you have a fax number?
A: Nope...sorry...we tossed it when we cleaned out the garage and got rid of the memiograph machines, buggy whips, and Altair 8800...
Q: Do you accept credit cards for payment?
A: You bet...we handle payments via PayPal.
Q: Do you accept 30 day terms?
A: Yes, with approved credit. Please contact us for credit application at info@SPELabels.com.

A: Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm Central
Saturday: 8am - 12noon Central
Q: What if I accidentally make a duplicate order or need to change my order?
Q: Call us immediately at 469-443-8646. If your order has not been produced, we'll cancel it. If you have the order number, it will expedite the cancellation process.
